WebMar 4, 2024 · I suspect it is related to the fact that the integration was deleted from HASS and when you try to add it again it will display the "Failed to connect" message. I did try to reset the Shelly back to factory default. When doing that it will discover the unit again, but it is unable to add it back, displaying "Failed to connect" again.
